I admire the patience of the mother swan who has been sitting on these 7 eggs for what seems like months, day and night with only a few breaks! It must be soon that they'll hatch...it takes 6 weeks.

I made some wild garlic pesto, and wild garlic polenta chips and collected nettles for tea...it's that time of year...free fresh food...
