this was my first ever etching, it's called Beanstalk Cottage and in the
distance you can see the house which it's named after and has now
opened as Beanstalk Tea Garden...oh so lovely and very english, with classic victoria sponge and cream teas, a good reward after a long walk over the Downs! you can find the gardens
down the old coach road east from Firle toward Alciston......
